    Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

  • Unused or Unclaimed

    The product or service must be unused or unclaimed to qualify for a refund. If you have not accessed or logged into the account, you are eligible.

  • Verified Accounts Are Non-Refundable

    Verified accounts that have been used, accessed, or logged into are not eligible for a refund. Once credentials have been used, the account is considered delivered and accepted.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@consolesplay.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Include your order ID and email address used for the purchase.

Review & Approval

Once your request is received, our team will review it within 1-2 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility.

Refund Issued

Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products and services that have already been delivered, accessed, or activated. This includes Google Play Console accounts where credentials have been used.

  • Purchases outside the 30-day refund window. No exceptions will be made for expired refund periods.

Replacement Guarantee

If your account has issues that were not disclosed at the time of purchase (such as policy violations, suspensions, or incorrect verification status), we offer a free replacement within 10 days of delivery. Contact our support team immediately if you encounter any such issues.
